You've got two sides to your brain, use them ... but not at the same time!

Your right brain is the creative side ... your left brain is the analytical side. Both are important functions ... but if you try to create and analyze at the same time, you'll drive yourself crazy! Same for meetings ... decide whether you're having a creative meeting to generate ideas, or an analytical meeting to make decisions. Don't try to do both in the same meeting!
