Time is often one of the most critical success factors in many ventures. The customer determines the right "when". Keep a customer waiting and they just might walk away ... and sometimes, too early is too wrong, too! Just the other day, we ordered some pizzas for a lunch party ... wanted them at noon ... they came at 11:15. We were not happy ... how are we suppose to keep them fresh and warm for 45 minutes. Exit one pizza vendor!
