A competitive advantage isn't had from just an idea, it's acting on it!

There are over 6,000,000,000 people on this planet ... whatever unique idea you think you may have, there are easily a thousand other people with exactly the same idea ... but 999 won't do anything with it ... that's your competitive advantage: not the idea itself, but acting on it ... or are you one of those 999?

Personal example: Bottled water has only been popular in the US since the late 1970's. I had the idea for bottled water ... twice! ... before it was so common, but I didn't act on the idea! Others did ... now bottled water is a fifteen billion dollar industry! If I had acted, Greenwood Springs Water might now be a household name!
